To guide students in welcoming the new year with a positive mindset while stimulating their inner creativity and self-awareness, Shuren International High School organized a psychological group counseling activity called the "New Year Clock." Using the unique tool of OH Card , students, amidst laughter and deep reflection, jointly painted a beautiful picture of future prospects and personal growth.
《OH卡牌》是一款心理学游戏，也有人叫“OH Cards潜意识投射卡”。OH Card牌是由德国人Moritz Egetmeyer和一位墨西哥裔的艺术家Ely Raman共同研发，是一种「自由联想卡」及「潜意识投射卡」的系统。游戏包含176张卡牌，分为图画卡和引导卡，通过不同的组合激发创造力和想象力，促进自我认知和潜意识的探索。游戏的原理基于多种心理学技术，如联想法、构造法、完成法和表漏法，这些技术帮助参与者通过卡牌的图案和文字进行自我探索和表达。
OH Card is a psychological game, also called "OH Card Subconscious Projection Cards" by some. Developed by Moritz Egetmeyer, a German, and Ely Raman, an artist of Mexican descent, OH Card is a system of "Free Association Cards" and "Subconscious Projection Cards." The game consists of 176 cards, divided into image cards and guide cards, which, through different combinations, stimulate creativity and imagination, promoting self-awareness and the exploration of the subconscious. The game's principles are based on various psychological techniques such as association, construction, completion, and expression, which help participants explore and express themselves through the patterns and words on the cards.

Students sat in a circle, each with a face radiating curiosity and excitement about the unknown. Each card, with its pattern or text, served as a window, leading the explorers deep into their subconscious to discover thoughts and emotions usually hard to reach.
每位学生被邀请想象自己站在一个新的时间起点，手中的OH卡牌则是他们构建未来蓝图的砖石。通过随机抽取卡片，并结合个人解读，学生们开始构思自己在新的一年中希望达成的目标、希望培养的习惯、想要克服的挑战，以及内心深处最真挚的愿望。
Each student was invited to imagine themselves standing at a new temporal starting point, with their OH Card serving as the bricks and mortar for constructing their future blueprint. By randomly drawing cards and combining them with personal interpretations, students began to conceive the goals they hoped to achieve in the new year, habits they wanted to cultivate, challenges they wished to overcome, and the deepest desires of their hearts.
在带领师的悉心指导下，学生们不仅学会了如何从OH卡牌中汲取灵感，更重要的是，他们开始了一场关于自我认知的深刻旅程。
Under the careful guidance of their instructor, students not only learned how to draw inspiration from OH Card but, more importantly, embarked on a profound journey of self-awareness.
Some students found a yearning for the beauty of nature from an apparently ordinary landscape card and decided to spend more time in nature in the new year, cultivating environmental awareness. Others were moved to reflect on interpersonal relationships from a character expression card, vowing to improve their communication skills and build a more harmonious network of relationships.

OH Card served as a mirror, reflecting each student's deepest desires and concerns, prompting them to continuously self-reflect and grow through sharing and communication.

With the successful conclusion of the activity, the students of Shuren International High School stepped into the new year with abundant gains and hope.
