树人学校 | "手拉手"活动 让成长可见












树人学校近期组织的"手拉手"活动,将小学生与幼儿园孩子结成爱心对子。这场活动看似简单,实则承载着学校"全人教育"的核心理念——培养有温度、有担当的未来公民。

Shuren Primary School recently organized a "Hand-in-Hand" activity, pairing primary school students with kindergarten children to form compassionate partnerships. This event, seemingly simple, actually carries the school's core philosophy of "holistic education" - nurturing future citizens with warmth and responsibility.












活动中,小学生通过表演绘本、分组讲故事等形式,与幼儿互动。这种跨年龄交流的设计,既让小学生学会责任与担当,也让幼儿感受到温暖陪伴。学校特意减少说教环节,用共读绘本等体验式活动,让"爱心""互助"等理念自然浸润孩子心灵。

During the activity, primary students interacted with younger children through various formats such as performing picture book dramas and group storytelling. This cross-age communication design not only taught primary students about responsibility and commitment but also provided kindergarten children with heartwarming companionship. The school deliberately minimized didactic elements, instead using experiential activities like collaborative picture book reading to naturally instill values such as "compassion" and "mutual assistance" in the children's hearts.
